Welcome to the very first edition of The Happy Carrot Journal — a quiet space where skin health, wellbeing and thoughtful living come together.

Much like spring itself, this month feels like the beginning of a new chapter here at Marceena Friis — with the arrival of my new microdermabrasion treatment alongside the continued evolution of my skin health and coaching work. I hope you will enjoy the new changes ahead just as much as I am enjoying creating them for you.
